Back of House was recommeded to us by a large food distributor and it has been a game changer for our business!

We are a pizzeria and restuarant in Gorey, Co Wexford which was establised in 2002 and since we closed in 2020 due to Covid we have developed a very busy take away and delivery business. When we engaged with Nigel we were looking for more control of our business, manage our ordering, our stock, sales, margins and better understanding of what our customers were looking for from us. The ePOS, online ordering and the employee scheduling software BOH put in has been invaluable to us, best of all we have been able to hone in on where we were making and losing money. 

The BOH's support has been unbelievable, the systems are so good we haven't needed them too often but when we do they are always there, always answer the phone. In fact the last time I called them about changing our VAT rates in line with the Covid reduction I found that they had already done it for us. Their customer service and support has been 10/10.

As I said before these systems and BOH have been a game changer for us, our information is coming to us faster and more efficiently, I can access it from anywhere now because it is all in the cloud and it all makes my life that little bit easier.

We are a new business with multi facets to our operation which was predominantly a bar when we started but soon added a restaurant and pizzeria. Nigel and his BOH team guided and updated our POS requirements throughout the process which was seamlessly for both staff, managers and owners. It has a slick look and the reporting structure is excellent, all of which are available remotely on your phone or tablets which is a huge plus for busy owners. 


We would have no hesitation in recommending this system to any busy hospitality business like ourselves who employ over 30 staff. It is fair to say that the systems we implemented with Back of House have fundamentally transformed how we work. We knew we needed an inventory system in our Natural Irish Gelato business, so we met with Nigel to discuss our options. He grasped our requirements almost immediately, giving us clarity and sound advice about what we needed, then developed a plan to implement the right system into our production facility.


To be honest, I was a bit anxious about putting in a complex inventory management system and new cloud accounting software but thankfully, it was so much easier than I thought, mostly thanks to the time and effort Nigel put in with training and follow up support. We now have a very clear view of our stock, ingredients, cash-flow, accounts and most of all traceability of all our products, which is invaluable. Also, the B2B supplier online order portal has been a massive time saver for us.
